Optician / Optometrist
(BRUSSELS – BE)
We’re seeking one part-time or full-time adventurous and talented optician/optometrist to join our team in Brussels. Whilst providing the highest calibre of eye examinations, you’ll also be fine-tuning your dispensing skills, gaining in-depth knowledge of eyewear (from design to history and production) and exploring even further.
You’ll be there to help create a welcoming spot for everyone who visits, having open and honest conversations with our customers, leading them towards a pair of reliable and sustainable glasses which will likely become their new best friend. Oh, and you’d better not be afraid to get your hands dirty. Creating unique glasses from dead stocks, experimenting, adventurously restoring, repairing and customizing are all in a day’s work here at Bidules.
Who you are:
- You are a graduated optician or optometrist or you have 2 years ‘experience in an optical store
- You have a genuine passion for glasses and.or optometry
- You thrive in a busy environment, enjoy responsibility
- You show great initiative, positivity, and patience
- You are meticulous and pay attention to detail
- You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
(EN/NL/FR, 2 of them would be great)

As a communications officer, your mission is to develop brand awareness and consolidate the link that binds it to its customers. You will actively contribute to the creation of content but will also participate in the reflection on the communication strategy. This will lead you to manage and / or support projects such as events, community management, copywriting, visual content creation.
Who you are:
- Resourceful, demanding and hyper-creative person
- Familiar with Bidules brand and.or fashion and.or alternative to mass-market
